Prevention is Better Than Cure - Age Old Adage For Positive Health

really is not iota of exaggeration if we say that health is wealth. What is the use if it has a lot of wealth but not health to enjoy it at all? Someone has actually been very rightly said that prevention is better than cure too. In a world full of competition and strife among people of all ages from different walks of life, no one has time to think about their own health habits and lifestyle.

The people were divided into two main classes, we could say. They are sticklers or perfect diet or the opposite. former are fussy about each and every thing we consume and fanatic about their input in terms of calories count too. The latter isis a mainstay on the other hand ,where they are least bothered what goes into their stomach ,in which time of day and binging and gorging on all sorts of things . Although there are several that fall into the midsize category.

the point here is that none of the extremes are good. One should reach the right balance of diet and exercise to maintain a problem free life. well-balanced diet gives the body all the necessary vitamins, minerals and nutrients in the right amounts and proper exercises will keep the metabolism of the body intact. Therefore, it is a perfect balance of diet and exercise that make a decisive impact on positive well-being and health of the individual.

There are many fad diets on the market that rule to shout loudly that you svelte figure and great health benefits. No royal walk in them. Does your little delving deeply into the facts and understand the advantages and disadvantages of following fad diets. And one main thing to keep in mind is that dieting alone is not sufficient for having good health benefits. When it along with exercise, the effects are more pronounced. Accumulated toxins are flushed from the body through sweat and urine, and the body is cleansed of all the clutter that got collected over time.

This arrangement not only will reject a silent killer diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, arthritis and other coronary heart disease, it will allow the quality of life and encourages the great benefits that eventually leads to positive health.
