a comprehensive guide to a healthier prostate.
prostate is one thing. This is one of the organs of the urinary and reproductive systems in the body. It is a male sex gland consists of a small cluster of glands surrounding the urethra and part of the urinary bladder. It should be taken seriously fellas.
This mysterious gland is a small, donut-shaped, and located at the base of the bladder. This causes more pain than men in just about any other body part, and prostate cancer will soon be a major killer of people in Australia. Although about 50% of men in Australia May experience some sort of prostate problem at some stage of his life, until it plays up, people rarely give a second thought of the prostate - not a good idea
.
Its main function during the sexual act - when ejaculation occurs, it secretes an alkaline fluid that forms part of semen. This fluid nourishes and gives the volume of semen, along with other seminal fluid.
walnut size in young men, prostate enlargement is common in men older than 50 years and about 4 in 10 men over the age of 60 years have it. Expansion occurs when the glands and connective tissue that surrounds the urethra thicken and block the flow of urine.
The causes of prostate enlargement -
1 Aging. As the body ages, harmless nodules develop in the prostate tissue, which accumulate and gradually increase the gland. At the end of the gland becomes big enough to 'pritisnuti'ili' suppress' the urethra and interfere with urination.
2 Low levels of zinc. prostate tissues usually have high levels of zinc. Zinc levels gradually diminish as they grow older.
3 Over 50 testosterone levels begin to decline. This causes an increase in the amount of dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which is over-producing prostate cells.
4 Postural faults and obesity can also affect the health of the prostate. heavy body and long periods of sitting to put more pressure on the pelvic region and perineum, resulting in congestion in and around the prostate.
5 Constipation can also be the cause. Hardened feces and overloaded rectum lead to excessive pressure on the prostate.
symptoms of prostate problem -

8 There could be a slight pain in my lower back, hips and legs and occasional impotence.
Basically, the symptoms are very similar to those experienced by women who have weak pelvic floor muscles. Both reflect the weakness in the muscles around the genitals, bladder and reproductive organs, as well as the weakness around the perineal or root chakra / Mulabhanda.

In short it is not surprising that in the West, we experience some of the highest statistics for prostate (and breast) cancer. Why? For me, maybe we are too much emphasis on the body and related material souvenirs, when instead we could be focusing on connecting and honor not only our own spirit and potential, but each other as well. Maybe, if you cancel our thoughts and began living space more often than positive, ceased to feel and appreciate the earth beneath our feet, a country that gives us what we need, we can reduce those statistics and replace them with high self-esteem, vitality and chronic happiness! Are we brave enough to imagine, let alone create, such a world?
It all starts with us as individuals and that is why yoga is such an effective therapy. On our carpets we are all equal, we all have the same body, we feel the same sense, and we recognize our failures and successes in a person trained by us. Yoga makes us, breathe and embrace. It makes us laugh (something I think we do not do enough) and ignite our compassion and human nature. And with such power burning inside you, dis-ease will have a hard time staying on.
conventional treatment -
If you think you have prostate problems, do not assume that it is very important to be checked by your GP. digital rectal exam (DRE) and blood or urine and, to confirm whether or not you have benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) or other prostate problems, and ultra-sound test can be done to check for prostate cancer.
